This beautiful property is surrounded by the most exquisite water views Lake Livingston has to offer. The home sleeps 14 adults comfortably plus additional children and is perfect for groups. You will have access to a private boat dock, swimming at the property, multiple game rooms, fishing poles, canoes and water toys to ensure everyone has an amazing time. Additional services such as a massage services, private hibachi chef, wine tasting packages paired with charcuterie boards and boat or jet ski rentals are available at an additional charge, reach out to your host for more info!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.
